 Founded in 1980,Double Chemicals & Dyestuffs Co,Ltd.was first established for trading textile dyestuff and auxiliaries. With years of experience we have gained the goodwill and trust from the chemicals industry in the region, In early 1990s,the Company was selected to become the sales agent in Hong Kong for Jintex Corporations of Taiwan,and Matangi Dyestuffs industries Ltd of Thailand respectively.
At the same time,the textile industry was rapidly developing and Hong Kong has grown to become the largest export center of textile products in the world .Double Chemicals also expanded along with the speedy growth of the market. Numerous chemicals trading companies were set up to meet with the increased demands, However, this has also contributed to intense competition of the markerplace.
We realized the need for diversification while our competitors are still striving for the chemicals trading business.In 1996,the Company invested in the Shunde City of Guangdong for setting up a Dyestuffs Plant (Shunde Boson Dyestuffs Co,Ltd.)so as to increase our competitive advantage .With such investment,we did not only pioneered the business model of the dyestuff industry,but also provide a prospect for our future development.
During that period,factories in Europe ,Taiwan, South Korea and India dominated the dyestuff industry.European factories,such as CIBA,BASF,BYSTAR,were considered as the high-class players.and Taiwanese factories,such as Everlight were the middle-class players,whereas the Indian factories were considered as low-class player of the industry.Notwithstanding the positioning, all factories would only supply dyestuffs in their own standards.Customers were required to adjust the dyestuffs on their own for specific use. In most cases,there is no resolution if the customer encounters problem in quality control.
As the Company owns the dyestuff production lines,we had the competitive advantage in the complete control of our dyestuff products according to customers demand.we could fix and fine-tune the Shade and Strength without changing the orginal formula.On the oteaddadadf |
